Prices are excluding VAT and we invoice monthly, quarterly or annually; you pay no premium for the shorter period. Every further site on the “Basic” plan costs €2 a month, and mailboxes on it come for a flat €6 a month; from the “Advanced” plan up they are included.

We do not compete on price, but on the quality of the service and on convenience.

An ordinary web hosting provider sells you space on a disk. We sell you an ecosystem that runs without worry, and somebody who carries the responsibility for the whole of it.

What you ask most often

What if my site is with somebody else?

Ordinary sites we move for you entirely free of charge. The new installation runs next to the old one and we switch over only once it is verified. If something did not work out, we go back.
Do you tie me into a long contract?

No. You choose the billing period yourself (month, quarter or year) and you pay no premium for the shorter one. If you decide to leave, you get the data and the configuration and we help with the move: it runs on ordinary open-source technologies, not on anything you could not start elsewhere.
Who answers me when something breaks?

The people who built your application or took it over into operation. You do not have to prove to the hosting company that the fault is theirs, nor to the developers that it is not. You write to one place.
And what if I have several sites?

The first site is €12 a month, every further one €2. They run on the same infrastructure, under the same monitoring and on one invoice. For a second site you set nothing up again.
Is Basic enough for an e-shop or an application too?

For an ordinary site, a presentation and a smaller e-shop, yes: we really do run e-shops on Basic. Applications with their own backend, plenty of mail or several sites belong in the Advanced plan; for special requirements we put Individual together. We name the price up front, not in an invoice for an exceeded limit.
Will you set up email on the domain as well?

Yes. The Advanced plan carries unlimited mailboxes in the price; on Basic we add them for a flat €6 a month. We add SPF, DKIM and DMARC to the DNS so your mail does not end up in spam, and existing mailboxes, archive included, we move over from the old server.
Where does my data sit?

In the Czech Republic, in a data centre in Česká Třebová. Who has access to it and what we do with it is in the contract.
