The brief

Jakub Skála’s RokaWorks is no ordinary car service. It specialises in BMW Group vehicles and automotive electronics: diagnostics, coding, flashing, chip tuning, control unit repairs and key cutting. It serves customers at ten branches across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The craftsmanship was there; what was missing was a website that would sell it and bring in work. One where customers understand what each service involves and what it costs, can check the workshop’s reputation and send an enquiry straight away.

We delivered a website built on WordPress with Breakdance: a dark design with gold accents under the tagline “Fair care for cars”. It runs on our hosting, and we continue to look after it.

A short flythrough of the live site: service cards with a map of branches across the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Google reviews, and the gold that holds the dark website together.

The craft explained, the branches on a map

Every service has its own page that explains it and shows real examples, so customers know what they are paying for before they call. And the contact details are not a single address but a network.

In-depth diagnostics: why reading error codes is not enough, and what each task involves.

Enquiries that come with the VIN

The form asks for the last seven characters of the VIN, the preferred branch, the days that suit and the preferred channel, from WhatsApp to Instagram. The workshop replies with context about the car, and wherever it suits the customer.

What else the website does

  • Verified Google reviews

The homepage pulls reviews straight from Google through Trustindex, so they cannot be staged. A reputation cannot be written, only proven.

  • Used cars with filters

Cars for sale, filtered by make, body style, fuel, transmission and power. Sold cars stay on the website as references.

  • Key catalogue

Keys for BMW series from the E39 to the G series, with instructions on how to photograph the key blade cut. The key is cut and programmed while you wait.

  • A price list without the fog

Hourly rates and price ranges in one clear table, including travel and surcharges. Customers know the price level in advance.

  • Articles from the workshop

The workshop publishes expert articles on oils, batteries and diagnostics itself. Editing runs in WordPress, with no developer involved.

Fair care for cars. And a website that knows how to say it.
